The Basics - Custom Auto Replies

You can create thousands - yes thousands of custom auto replies for your customers. It's very simple and intuitive. You can create them one at a time, or upload a mass file containing thousands (let us help you with the mass upload - after the first time, you'll have it down).

Here are some examples:

Say a customer wants to know the location of your business. They could ask this in a variety of ways, so you'll want to cover all of the relevant key words, such as 'address', 'location', 'located' and 'locate'. So when a customer texts "What is your address?", they can get back a custom auto reply, "Thank you for your inquiry. We're located at 123 Main Street, Any City, USA. We hope to see you soon!"



Customers may want to know your hours. Relevant key words could be 'hours', 'open', 'closed', 'close'. So when a customer texts, "Are you guys still open?" or "Are you closed on Sundays?", you could set up a custom reply that says:

Thanks for your text!
Our hours are:
Sun-Thurs, 11am-11pm
Fri/Sat, 11am-2am


Let's say your business has a happy hour. Key words might be 'happy', 'happy hour', 'HH', or 'specials'. Now, if a customer texts, "When is your happy hour?", they could receive:

A customer may be interested in knowing whether your business has any sales or specials going on. Some businesses may have daily/weekly/monthly deals. Here's another cool trick you can do with Morse. A customer may text you "Do you guys have a website?" You can set up key words like 'website' or 'online' with a custom auto-reply:

The customer will actually receive a text with the link to your website.

A customer might be interested in a property for sale. The customer may text "listings" and you can have a custom auto-reply such as "For a list of all our properties for sale, click here (link)". Or, they might text "List 123456" and you can set up an auto-reply such as "Here's some information on the property at 123 State Street, Las Vegas, NV, 89119. Click here (link) for more details".

Here’s what ‘everything’ means to you.
In addition to the 5000 texts you get each month, with White Glove, you give us your information and our Account Managers handle all the set-up and manage your monthly campaigns. It’s a no-brainer.

 

Pricing, promotions, and terms are subject to change and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Monthly fee and SMS text allotment is per Plan. MMS messaging is not included in your Monthly SMS Text Bundle. All MMS messages will be billed a per message fee of $0.0225. Overage charges occur when you exceed your Plan's monthly SMS message allowance. The price per text for SMS messages exceeding your Plan's monthly allotment is $0.02/text for the TXT5000 plan, $0.025/text for the TXT2500 plan, and $0.035/text for the TXT1000 plan. A text message is generated in each instance a mobile phone sends or receives a message (ex. a mobile to mobile message would generate 2 text messages). When messages break into multiple texts, each text message generated (inbound and outbound) shall count as a text message. An Activation Fee of $35 per account may apply for customers who sign up through a 3rd party vendor. Said Activation fee will be charged with 1st month’s plan fee. Charges and Fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file, on a monthly basis. 1st month’s plan fee and any applicable Activation Fee shall be assessed upon completion of Account Creation.
